What’s your interior design process?
Step 1: Initial Phone Call
I offer a complimentary phone call to discuss your project. If you are happy with me carrying out the work then we will arrange a consultation.
Step 2: Consultation
We will meet in person to discuss your project in more detail. This includes what your desired outcome is, which areas are to be covered, your functional needs, tastes , preferences, likes, dislikes, personal style and lifestyle. If you are unsure of your style we can discuss this in detail too and go through designs until you reach a decision. We will require you to have a budget to work to.
Step 3: Agreement
If you decide you want to us to work for you on your project we will require a letter of agreement signed by yourself along with an initial deposit & consultation fee. Both fees will be deducted from the final bill.
Step 4: Measurements & Photographs
We will need to take measurements and photographs of all the spaces involved in your project. If appropriate, we will also arrange to have contractors who will be working on your project come in and take their own measurements for estimating purposes.
Step 5: Lifestyle & Layout
It is important to have a well-designed layout which is practical for your lifestyle. Once measurements have been taken we will design a layout which will require your approval. Once a decision is made on the layout we will then start working on the design.
Step 6: Design
This phase covers the colour scheme, fabrics, furniture, fixtures, materials and finishes.
Step 7: Installation.
A schedule is made for purchasing and ordering, work to be done by yourselves, and final installation. Before any items are purchased on your behalf, you will receive a purchase proposal for approval. This details the work to be done or item to be purchased along with all known associated costs. Nothing will be purchased without your signed approval and payment in advance.
Step 10: Styling
When all work has been completed and all furniture and accessories received, we will style the property. Once the final styling of the home has been done, we can walk through the space together and note any items that may need any further attention. We will take photos of the completed project for our portfolio.

Any styles - I am a contemporary girl at heart but I work with my clients to achieve the style they feel most comfortable with.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I have an absolute passion for interior design and properties. I love what can be achieved in a home, how you can improve your lifestyle, you family life and how a redesign of a layout can make such an impact to better your life on a day to day basis.

I have 18 years experience in property. I am not a pushy interior designer who will force you to like styles you aren't sure of. We will work together to produce a design you will love as its you who is living in the property and needs it to work for your day to day life.
