StumpBusters - the fast and efficient tree-stump removal service.

We are specialist tree stump grinders - that's all we do, all day, every day!
Whether it's just a single small stump or a whole field full, then trust the professionals to do the job properly, and safely. We are experienced, trained, qualified and insured - and of course have all the right specialist machinery for the job.

We wouldn't recommend you hire out such dangerous and often sub-par equipment to do the job yourself, or worse employ amateur or dodgy tradesmen.

We will cost effectively grind the stump away to around 12" below ground level, severing all immediately adjacent roots, leaving all spoil on site to backfill the hole and for your use elsewhere in the garden or your disposal.
There’s no fuss and minimal ground disturbance.

Jonathan and Charlie did an amazing job with removing 15 plus conifers stumps, a willow tree and various shrubs roots from our garden in Rugby. Everything was left clean and tidy ready for replanting. We couldn't be more pleased with the results.

Tree Stump Grinding

We grind the stump and immediate roots out to around 8-12” below the surrounding ground level (providing it isn’t bound by walls or concrete etc), and leave any arisings (earth/wood mulch) for your use or disposal. We normally book around 2 weeks in advance, but there’s often a chance we can fit a slot in depending upon your locality with our other jobs in the area. You don’t normally need to be at home, so long as we can access the stump; and you may pay by bank transfer after the work is complete. We need to know what sort of access is available to the general area and the stump itself - we require at least 28” width with no bends or corners for our large tracked grinding machine.
