It has been 5 months, and 56 sessions that I had Tag as my fitness trainer. So, why I chose Tag? Being a DV victim, my ultimate aim is to regain a sense of power and confidence back into my life. Having done nothing for 3-4 years other than pure survival, I also lost sight of how I use to look and let myself deteriorate. I could have just gone to a bootcamp for cardio training, but it was more important that I rebuild my physical strength and mental strength – a sustainable one. This was the brief I gave Tag – help ME to bring ME back. And he did. Every session is different. Tag is creative in his programme planning. I look forward to every session instead of dreading it. In fact, doing fitness/ strength training has now become part of my everyday routine. It forces me to wake up early for my early morning sessions, and it also gives me an outlet to work out my frustrations after work! Every session is planned. I don’t have to think about anything other than just follow the programme. I trust Tag that he knows what I need to do to achieve my goals. I lost 8 kg in my first 80days, 1kg in every 10 days. In every session, I lost about 10 calories per minute. My strengths has improved significantly, I can do dead lifts up to 50kg. Every session is challenging. Tag doesn’t let me fall into a comfort zone. Coming from a military background, that was one of the reasons I chose him because I know he will push me – consistently. It makes me try harder to prove to myself that I can do it. It also boosts my confidence when I actually could meet his high expectations. Every session is a laugh and fun. Whilst others may share their thoughts with a bartender over a beer, I choose to share mine with my fitness trainer over some sweat and sit-ups! Tag has a great personality and a great conversationalist. And time flies, when you are having fun – and the session is over before you know it – phew! and yeah! To sum, Tag is great strength trainer and he was also a great inspiring role model. I am very impressed with his background, his ambition and the strength he has in building the life he currently has for himself, at such a young age. More surprisingly, is his creative ability to bring everything he needs, weights included, for the training session on his bike - rain or shine. He'll shout at you, he'll make you work harder than you thought you could and a part of me hates him for it. However you could not ask for a more professional trainer and a person who goes out of his way to ensure all aspects of all persons in a group are met. Tag is an amazing trainer! I’ve done his boot camps on and off for the last few years - and they only get more and more interesting, challenging and, dare I say it, fun! But this Summer, he achieved what I thought was impossible .. and got me running! Tag’s Sunday run club, combined with his brilliant boot camps - have made me feel stronger and fitter than ever before - and having now just run my first ever 5k (without stopping - which was an achievement in itself for me) I now have the confidence and self belief to keep on training with Tag and see what I can do next! Amazing small group classes, I have never been a regular gym goer before I started training with tag. For over a year now I have been going each week to his spinning and kettlebell classes, I feel so energised and thanks to him I found muscles I never knew I had and have developed a new sense of self appreciation. Top quality personal trainer!

Always attentive to any problems I have, reasonable goals and always there when I need some advice.

I am so surprised that I love doing group exercise in the rain! Walking home after the morning class on tooting common I realised I felt so alive and happy! Tag makes our class fun and hard! I have trained with Tag for a few years now and the sessions are always fun, sociable, challenging and varied. You could be boxing one week, sprinting & spinning the next. There is always a huge variety of equipment. He has a very intelligent approach to exercise, adapts for all levels of fitness and constantly watches your form to make sure you are exercising properly. I have already seen great progress on my fitness and my body shape and am really enjoying the sessions! Tag sets realistic and achievable goals which also still push you to work hard in each session. He brings a variety of different equipment each week; kettle bells, ropes, ladders, boxing, spin bike which keeps it fun and enjoyable. Tag is also very knowledgeable about the body’s physiology; he has helping me with exercises to mobilise an old shoulder injury. Myself and my husband first started training with Tag around 2 1/2 years ago. Classes are always well set out and fun and Tag takes time to make sure that everyone is comfortable with what they are doing, whilst motivating and pushing for improvement. Every week I find myself looking forward to bootcamp on Tooting Common, which always provides a varied and enjoyable workout....from kettle bells to weightlifting, circuits to spinning, the hour always flies by and I head home tired but happy. I tried the kettle bells workout and it was great hard but great. Tag knew what my limits were and said I could change the reps or level to what I felt comfortable doing.

I'm a 50 year old woman and decided to try a kettle bell workout. Wow !!!! Tag the Personal trainer was fantastic. He knew exactly how to work with me, how hard to push me and at what level. He can advise you not only regarding the exercise but on nutritional information as well. What also helps is he is a really nice guy who makes you feel good about yourself, no matter what level. Tag is receptive to his clients needs and limits. He Is polite, kind and works hard to make the sessions targeted for his individual clients targets. I have found working with tag fun and perfect and would recommend him to anyone whatever their training objectives as he is sensitive and highly skilled/professional and is consistent with putting you at ease.
