Had a pain in my neck due to my job which put me in a lot of discomfort every few weeks, & I just used to put up with it & take pain killers, but I finally went to see Ben after being recommended & only after 2 sessions I have been totally pain free for the last 2 months so I can’t recommend Ben enough, excellent service with brilliant results so don’t put it off like I did for years.

In May, I was diagnosed with Rotator Cuff Syndrome in my right shoulder. I had physiotherapy for 1.5 months to no desired effect. As a last resort I decided to have an osteopathic treatment with Ben at South Kent Osteopathy, in which I was also given acupuncture. After 3 weeks I felt so much better! Ben saw me at short notice. I was in agony with my neck and back. He asked a few questions and discussed what he planned. I made an SOS plea to Ben last night. He saw me first thing this morning. I gave birth on Monday and have been miserable as sin with my back, shoulders, neck and migraines. Myself and my partner both had our first adjustment today. (We both work in jobs where we are lifting frequently and also keep active in powerlifting/ crossfit) We went in to see if Ben could help with lower back pain/ discomfort And were very impressed by his services. Had my first session a month ago after several years of little aches/stiffness from heavy weight training and my job. I had some adjustments, tissue work and acupuncture. I came out of that session feeling inches taller and much more relaxed/released all throughout my body! My training and daily tasks have improved massively as a result. Just had my second session and I already had less ‘niggles’ to work on than last time. I'd highly recommend Ben to anyone. Unlike a lot of other people who go to him for treatment, I am not a sporty person who trains regularly. I had some back trouble which had been a problem for a few months. It took a few sessions as it had been a problem for some time, but each time it improved greatly. Ben really knows his stuff, and each time I also had acupuncture which I found to be very helpful in my recovery.
