The team at Shoestring Digital worked with us at The Clock Tower Sanctuary (Brighton based homeless charity) and made our website re-platform and development really simple and easy for us to manage. 3) Readability
4) Likeability
5) Credibility (technically speaking)

It contains all the questions we need answers to, in order to understand your business aims and objectives.
It's things like, what your business does, who your typical customers are, who you are trying to appeal to.
Questions about your brand, like whether you have one in place or whether you would like us to work on one for you.
This information helps us to get to know you better so we can present your business in the best way to your customers and potential customers.
