Been working with Martin for around 5/6 months now. He was very open to educating me on my plan since I started and the biggest compliment about his work for new client like myself is, he's always had the ability to keep me interested. In the sessions with him 1 on 1 and also outside of the sessions. He provided me with detailed plans to work on but then with the scope to take ownership in what I eat and when I train etc. so that longer term I can become self-sufficient in my own development. I think that is a good measure of someone who has been new to the gym and grown themselves. He was also open to my dietary needs as I don't eat meat but at no point did he say I wouldn't be able to gain muscle unless I started eating meat, which I have heard before! How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I help my clients reach their goals in a number of ways. Firstly I use our sessions to get her to get them training like they have never before. But that’s not all, I also use the time to not only instruct but also to educate.
I help my clients understand the art of training and nutrition so that they can rest their goals with ease.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
To teach, not just instruct.
I make sure that my clients have the skills to go through life, taking on any obstacle that they face.
