I looked down at my legs this morning and tried to work out what was just my funny coloured skin and what was bruised. Couldn't, and everything hurts and I wonder why I do aerial arts and pole with Pole Affinity. It's because that is also the most I laugh and the most fun I have in the week and, the pain and weird bruises are totally worth it - the ONLY reason Monday exists... :) More...

Brilliant environment to focus on fitness and develop/learn new sports...like Aerial/hoop, pole and stretch/yoga. All classes are fun! My flexibility has increased so much with attending stretch/yoga. Miranda is a very supportive trainer and I feel well looked after in classes. I have made great friends there which is a lovely bonus! Xxx More...

A friendly welcoming place, run by experienced instructors, who give time to everyone individually each lesson to ensure you get the most out of your training . The studio is beautiful, overlooking the River Taw. It is light airy and has lots of space, in addition to pole there is a good balance of other classes available such as yoga, pilates, bootcamp, stretch and aerial. More...

I initially meet with clients for a coffee to establish their goals, their likes & dislikes & make a plan.
I do fitness tests with my clients every 6-8 weeks to monitor their progress.
We take progress pictures , as well as body stats.

Good nutrition, drink plenty of water , get plenty of rest & sleep , find a regular fitness schedule that you enjoy and will stick to.

With over 10 years in the fitness industry, I can offer a broad range of fitness activities & skills that will not get boring, & have helped so many people over the years to achieve their goals.
I have also competed in bikini fitness competition & placed 1st at the Devon Classic.
