We offer the complete personal training service, motivating and guiding you from the initial consultation, right through to you achieving and maintaining your fitness goals. Our bespoke service is designed to give you a lot more freedom and will be adapted to suit your lifestyle. Sessions can take place at your home,gym,local park,or even at your office. We will achieve your goals through a variation of training tools, such as bodyweight exercises, resistance training, TRX suspension training, kettlebells, boxing and many more.

Great training sessions with lots of variety, so each session is different. Also receive clear explanations on which area of the body each workout is targeting, which helps me determine what areas I want to focus on when I workout on my own. Excellent support and guidance provided with my nutritional plan.

I wanted to get myself into good shape and always felt out of place and uncomfortable in a gym, not knowing what to do and feeling self-conscious so decided to invest in a personal trainer. Since I have started training with Perry, I have more energy , my clothes fit better and I am less prone to falling ill. I would definitely recommend Perry, every session is fun (but challenging) and he has been extremely helpful in improving my overall health.

I have tried many diets and personal trainers for 3 years. I spent a lot of money and got no results in return. Perry has been training me for 2 months and I've absolutely enjoyed it and had amazing results. Each session is different, which gets me excited instead of anxious beforehand. If you want to get fit and lose weight then Perry is your guy as he also provides full support and guidance with establishing clean eating habits.

After over a year out the gym I lost a lot of muscle and put on a considerable amount of body fat which motivated me to hire a personal trainer. I am now able to train at a higher intensity for longer and my overall strength has improved vastly. Perry pushes you every step of the way to make sure you get the most out of your workout. It is evident that he has a wealth of experience when it comes to effective training and nutritional advice which he has shared with me since we started our sessions together. His sessions are energetic, challenging and unpredictable.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

Over the past 8 years I have helped my clients reach their goals by guiding and motivating them through all stages of their fitness journey . My aim is to progress your mental and physical wellbeing to achieve its full potential. I take a holistic approach to fitness and strongly believe that in order for you to achieve your desired outcome with your body you must develop and maintain a positive mindset which will enable you to overcome the various obstacles and challenges along your fitness journey.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

A positive mindset with a structured action plan that fits your lifestyle . Investing your time and energy in living a healthy lifestyle will have to become a top priority . Eating healthy nutritious meals , exercising regularly & getting enough sleep will have to be a consistent feature in your life .

What do you love most about your job?

I have always been passionate about sport and physical activity since I was a kid . When you love what you do , it doesn't feel like work . The most rewarding aspect of being a personal trainer is the positive impact I am able to have on my clients . Seeing my clients transform physically , mentally and socially from an active healthy lifestyle is priceless .

What inspired you to start your own business?

Starting up my own business was a goal that I set myself shortly after I left school . I have always been an ambitious person and wanted to build a business that would have a positive impact on peoples lives . In 2010 I decided to turn my lifelong passion for fitness into a business .
