After speaking with the client, we love agreeing together the service that is to be delivered at a fair and reasonable cost.
For office and communal cleaning we always include an initial sparkle clean, free of charge, in our quotation.
Upon instruction, we always provide complete site-specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements for all work, along with a Health & Safety and COSHH file.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The pleasure I received in providing different people a service of such a standard that it brought them satisfaction.
Under the positive pressure to do more from my clients this motivated me to expand and continue to widen Pioneer Quality Services Limited's client base, without losing our core identity and values.
Also, by giving others the possibility of secure employment and the opportunity to be trained in new skills sets is very rewarding.

We specialise in using the latest technologies that include water fed pole systems. We also use cherry pickers, abseiling methods and traditional methods, when required. We can provide window cleaning services at different frequencies ranging from weekly to yearly.
Carpet Cleaning
As specialists, we provide our clients the options of a one off clean, regular spotting, deodorising or a maintenance programme throughout the year. We recommend using the Prochem's Natural Range.
