I hired Duncan for a wedding proposal at Loch Lomond.
Duncan went above and beyond the call of duty to support the proposal and produced fantastic images to capture the day.
Helpfully, these pictures were then made available in an online gallery and app immediately after the shoot.

What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
A certain technical skill is required, but to get the most out of your subjects you need excellent people skills and an eye for the shots that suit the client best.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Usually the date, time required and what the budget might be. For commercial clients, the more details that are provided, the better. For wedding and event clients, the same applies, but also a good idea of the kind of photography they are looking for.
What do you love most about your job?
I love working with people, so photography gives me a great chance to meet and interact with all sorts of folk.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The joy of love and romance and the idea that I might actually have got the hang of this photography thing.

Product Photography
Product and food photography for business customers. Usually charged as a 1/2 day or full day rate.
Wedding Photography
I am primarily a wedding photographer, ensuring that the happy couple get the best pictures from their day and a lasting record of the fun, excitement and romance of each moment. I have had the good fortune to work with a number of Scotland's best wedding dress designers, accessory designers and wedding venues so I can mix the fun moments with artistic and fashion inspired shots. I offer tailored packages through my online booking form on my web site or can provide a formal quote and online contract signing if you already know what you have in mind. The Booking fee for any package is £200. The balance would be due 3 weeks before the wedding or at the pre wedding meeting, where we'd go over all the final details for your day.
Family Photography
Want a family portrait in your own home, or in a favourite spot? Want a special birthday, christening or other family event recorded, then I'm your man. Fun and informal service with quality pictures provided in a range of wall display options or in memento albums.
Event Photography
I work with a dedicated team of photographers to support various events, from corporate events through to sporting, equestrian and proms. This service can include live prints at the event. secure web galleries and many other services to suit the client's needs.
