I would highly recommend Paul H and his assistant, they did an excellent job. Paul was very professional from start to finish, explaining what they would do and how. He was highly professional about safety, which is so important in a potentially dangerous job. Paul was also very polite, positive and easy to communicate with and inspired your confidence in his work, which was done to a very high standard. PHEC did a first class job. My windows were badly affected with black mould and I needed the windows of the whole 4 bedroom house treated and cleaned before the decorators came in. I would have PH Exterior Cleaning Services again. The staff left everything clean and tidy.
