Sadly we had to say goodbye to our Collie Bradley on Monday morning. This was a heartbreaking time and we made a phone call for their availability, they could fit us in that morning. Johnny dealt with us with such compassion and empathy it made the whole process as smooth and as painless as it could be. We then had a phone call the following day saying that we could collect Bradley when we liked. We as a family could not be more grateful that Petwise gave us the closure as smoothly as they did. My husky sadly passed away, rang petwise and spoke to john who talked me through my options, decided to have him collected and cremated, within an hour after the phone call they rang me back and said Julian was on his way up to collect, and what a lovely and very helpful guy. They were absolutely brilliant when I lost my dog they came and collected him from the house the service they provide is so dignified and the care they showed was outstanding had my dogs ashes back the next day I will never be able to thank petwise enough for what they done it's not easy when it comes to end of the road for your pet I recommend petwise cremation to anyone xx

It was a very sad day two weeks ago when we had to make the heartbreaking decision to have our 14 year old dog Arnie put to sleep. My husband gave John a ring at Petwise Crematorium and we arranged to take Arnie straight there ourselves from the vets. There was a lovely bright private room for me to sit in and gather my thought whilst my husband was helped by John to carry Arnie in. John then came into the room and offered his condolences and was very professional and compassionate. There was a good variety of urn's to choose from and John said Arnie would be ready for collection the next day. We chose a lovely large oak box (Arnie was a big dog) and as promised we had him back at home with us the next day. A first class service was provided and I would highly recommend them. My Furbaby Tyson passed away suddenly in the early hours of 8th March 2018 I rang petwise cremation at 9am as soon as they opened and Tyson was collected by John by 10am, he was caring and sympathetic which meant alot. i had a private cremation which meant I could have Tyson ashes back.. I had a call the following afternoon telling me he was ready for collection.. this and the professionalism and care I received made this whole traumatic time so much more bareable..they were as professional as a funeral directors.. my loss will never be painless but the fact he was back with me the following day has made it a little easier.
