Paul has been working with me for the past 9 months on strength and conditioning and running technique. We started at a pretty low point for me both mentally and physically as I was recovering from a bike crash in Ironman Nice that tore my shoulder acl joint and basically I had never had a running lesson and had zero run technique. The aim was to get me to position where I could finish another Ironman full distance. Working with Paul has been a great journey the sessions are always challenging and fun with no two sessions being the same and even at week 32 we are doing new exercises and routines. Last Sunday I finished Ironman Wales with a pb. Thanks Paul for keeping me motivated and proving ‘you can teach and old dog new tricks’. More...

Paul came to the rescue when I had an extremely painful shoulder today . It was a pretty painful experience but I am pretty optimistic that by tomorrow I will be back at the gym slinging heavy weights around .

Paul is an excellent personal trainer! He's helped me to realise I can get fit again after gaining weight with two pregnancies. He's wonderfully good at getting the best out of you... even when you thought you had nothing left to give. He's very knowledgable and extremely flexible. With a disabled 5 year old and a 17m old, I thought I'd never find the time to go to the gym again! I am so thankful to paul for helping me achieve my goals and getting me started! I have been attending personal training sessions with Paul for over five months. He has worked with me on my strength, both physically and mentally, and has used his Running School techniques to help address and improve my running style. He has a great way of pushing me out of my comfort zone and has helped me feel stronger and believe more in my physical ability. Paul is an excellent personal trainer! Very professional.
He's helped me to realise I can get fit again after gaining weight with two pregnancies. I was starting from a very low level of fitness. He's wonderfully good at getting the best out of you... even when you thought you had nothing left to give.

He's very knowledgable and extremely flexible. With a disabled 5 year old and a 17m old, I thought I'd never find the time to go to the gym again!

To help achieve your goals, we will sit down on your first session, to discuss your goals at length with any potential barriers to those, also discussing exercises your enjoy and don't enjoy.

During your time with me, we will constantly measure progress, whether that be a weigh in or how many press ups you can do, so you can see progress and keep motivated.

There is no big secret, you eat well and work hard, and having someone there also to motivate helps massively, as you are accountable.

Helping people achieve what they couldn't ever see happening, the delight on their face when they hit their goal is in an incredible feeling.

I absolutely love exercise myself, and I couldn't see myself working in a office etc.
Working for myself is also great with my young family, being able to plan my work around them.

I have worked with anyone and everyone, I have a wealth of experience on how to exercise safely and effectively, so to avoid day to day aches and pains, as well as always achieving what we set to do.
