Paul has been working with me for the past 9 months on strength and conditioning and running technique. We started at a pretty low point for me both mentally and physically as I was recovering from a bike crash in Ironman Nice that tore my shoulder acl joint and basically I had never had a running lesson and had zero run technique. The aim was to get me to position where I could finish another Ironman full distance. Working with Paul has been a great journey the sessions are always challenging and fun with no two sessions being the same and even at week 32 we are doing new exercises and routines.
