Food is not just for enjoyment and energy production, the nutrients found within it are the essential building blocks for our bodies to thrive.

I gain great satisfaction in knowing I can positively influence how people feel and know I am offering clients a pathway to greater vitality and wellbeing.

Past poor diet and lifestyle choices resulted in growing health problems in my 40's. The option of medications was not appealing so I made changes to my diet and reduced stress levels. Results of these changes made such a difference to my own health and wellbeing, I altered my career direction to study and practice nutrition.

My past issues linked to diet and lifestyle enable me to relate to issues clients are undergoing and the level of training and experience I have gained over the last 10 years help me to assist others in achieving the benefits good nutrition and lifestyle changes can offer.
I am fully insured and a member of both BANT (British Association for Applied Nutrition & Nutritional Therapy) and CNHC (Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council). Both bodies promote the highest standards of education, training and qualification within their members.
