I actually worked there and it was very unpleasent, very unhonorable people in the management, they do good driveways but the prices are crazy high!
I can get the driveway done half price from a family run business, supporting those who start a new business.

Yet again I contacted this company about a problem.
Some guy came round cold calling and asked if we had any issues.
I told him we have got weeds coming through the resin which he agreed with.
Told me to ring and speak to Lorraine
Rang Twice, first time away from her desk, second time on her lunch but this guy could help with the problem
Told him the issue so he told me to email some pictures in and they will get back to me asap
He mentioned something about surface weeds, so they won't bother coming out to look at them.
Whatever they are I don't know.
Neally 4 weeks gone by not heard a thing again.
This has to be the worst after sales company I have ever come across.
I've got 1 plus year left on my guarantee but why I don't really know.

I can echo many of the previous reviews. Do not use this company.
I booked time out expecting an hour visit- at most- for a quote.
No expectation was set by the office team either…
The agent was still with us after 2 1/2 hours- and it very quickly turned into a pushy sales manoeuvre. We were quoted an extortionate 41k for the resin driveway job… however, if we were happy to sign up today we could get as much as 15k discounted. This involved live calls over speakerphone to technical manager ‘Brad’- who even challenged us when we declined to sign up there and then. Apparently Brad had never come across people like us before who could turn their nose up to such clearcut ‘savings’.
I had to quite strongly bring things to a close to get the agent to leave as my baby daughter needed a nap.

Next Generation home improvements, what can I say about them? Nothing good. If you want to loose your money, have them. We booked them to do a Resin patio in July 2021. They took £3200 for a deposit, all we saw was the "surveyor" and the ground crew once. They haven't been seen since. The excuses they made, made me so ill that we decided not to continue. 'Next Generation Home improvements'' is part of the same company as 'Ideal Alarms', a company I have used before for work on my home, and found to be good, so when I wanted a foam roof insulation system, they were the obvious company to ask to do the work. As on previous occasions, they turned up promptly to do the survey and quotation, and again to do the work. The work was carried out to a high quality, the workers were friendly, professional and considerate, and they cleaned up as they worked. I found them to be exceptional, and would certainly use them again. I cannot fault them. By the way, in view of another review here, I should add that I have no connection with the company apart from being a very satisfied repeat customer! fantastic job done on my replacement bedroom window the work men where very tidy, We are very impressed with the company and its staff very easy to deal with and explained all my options to me and the different styles of windows it was nice to have such a great choice would recommend
