Right i have been using New Age London for around 3 weeks we have just done mt 4th session today. For the past year i have been suffering with anxiety, panic attacks and depression while mainly driving and traveling about 3 months ago i thought i couldn't do this anymore and i got signed of from work and got put onto antidepressants personally they gave me such a bad side effect i couldn't leave the house anymore and then i was diagnosed with agoraphobia so i wanted help and New Age London contacted me saying she could help and from the first session i saw a massive improvement i've been slowly doing exposure therapy driving by myself doing half a mile at a time in 3 weeks with being with her yesterday i done 57 mins in the car and 20 miles lopping around my local town, i could barely do a mile and couldn't sit in the car for more than 20 mins.
yes exposure therapy helped me get there but Suzanne is giving me the confidence and motivation to keep going, she has taught me a lot about tapping and it does make a massive difference if i feel anxious the tapping helps me and the hypnosis really feels like it rests your mind you feel so much more calm and open minded about things. I've still got a long journey to go but i'm proud and confident having New Age London by my side helping my along the way.
So i would strongly recommend going with her

Only had 1 first session. Afterwards things took a dramatic turn in my life. I over come drug addiction and had the strength to beat it. Also my fibro pains sub sided. I'd like to carry on with sessions but really don't feel I need any right now. Life's took a complete 360, something happened to me in that 1 session. An excellent therapist who works through EFT, reiki, hypnotherapy and talking to gently guide you through any physical or emotional issues that you may have.
The sessions are no- challenging but instead very reassuring. I love her soft, soothing voice and apt choices of background music. She gives me the most relaxed states that I have ever experienced. She guides my mind to feel safe and reassured in a tropical island or wood etc of my choosing. I feel my whole body and mind are totally engaged with this safe, reassuring therapy which proceeds at whatever rate I need for each session.
I cannot recommend her enough. I very rarely trust, relax with or have faith in anyone but I surrender myself totally to Suzanne Zacharia.

What do you love most about your job?
Helping people achieve reach their goals and find freedom from whatever blocks were in the way.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was set free to thrive and achieve my goals. This was after a life-threatening illness which I suffered with for about 25 years. After the 10th year, I worked in a company where I could just about manage to keep my job as a severely ill yet misdiagnosed person. Everyone there pushed me in the direction of Alternative and Complementary therapies. I fought them back, in the belief that only the medical model can possibly help.
One day, in desperation, I did ask for a phone number of a therapist who was recommended. That first visit not only reassured me of the safety and efficacy of a therapy that in those days was considered alternative, but it also opened my mind to trying out other therapies and alternative wellness methods. I had a severe lung condition. I have recently run my second half marathon.
Along the way, I started my own business, after learning a set of skills that can help mind, body, and spirit. I never intend to retire. My years of experience and skill are my gift to you. I feel that whatever is out there, I was spared, given a lucky break. Now I gratefully give back.
