Lucky enough to be at a private function where Tony was bbq King in our eyes! We tried a beautiful smoked beef short rib with mash and an interesting southern white gravy (the gravy wasn't my favourite) and collard greens. Amazing and I had thirds. The meat melted, the mash and greens were Divine. All served by Tony and Sam (who are the main guys apparently) and they were professional and friendly.
