I have had a great time training with Mack's Fitness. I needed to lose about one stone after moving here and with regular training once a week, we did it! And it never stopped. Simply the best trainer I have ever encountered. Andy coached me from a couch potato to runner bean over 2 years, including my first competitive 10k. Since then I have gone from strength to strength.
