I am a level 3 qualified personal Trainer & level 2 qualified gym instructor.

I have personal experience with mental health issues and know how beneficial exercise can be. Additionally, I have extensive knowledge about food & nutrition I am a trained chef so I can offer a deeper insight and nutritional advice that complements your workouts to achieve better results, leaving you confident and energetic.
I go 100 steps further than most other personal trainers to get to know my clients on a more personal level and you can trust that I will always work with your best interests at heart. You do not need a membership to train at sports direct fitness you can purchase a day pass or 1 can be provided within the price of my personal training.
