Had my first deep tissue massage for a painful left scapula and back has been an issue for a number of weeks now and decided a qualified physio was theonly way to go. Alison has a lovely modern purpose built set up private and warm. She took a full history and physical assessment as it was first visit, then got to work with massage. Shoulder felt more relaxed and had better range of movement afterwards will be going again for further treatment. I had the most amazing pregnancy massage with Alison last week. I usually have a sports massage as I love the pressure. I'm on my feet all day and ride so it really helps. I've been having trouble sleeping and relaxing due to being heavily pregnant so it was incredible. I felt completely relaxed and had an amazing nights sleep! I am a crossfit-x-trainer fanatic which I have been for a number of years, with this type of training their are problems I have encountered with various injuries I have picked up along the way. I compete in local events and last Monday I woke up with strained muscle in my back. Panic struck in as I had trained hard for this event which was due to take place on Saturday. I contacted Steve and he was able to seem me immediately , had two treatments during the week, and very good expertise advise in terms of recovery this helped me immensely. As the day of the competition not only was I able to compete but do a PB and win the women's advance category. without Steve I don't think any of that would have been achieved, So I owe it to Steve thank you for your expertise, he is reliable, trustworthy and very good within his field as to the how the body/muscles/tissues function etc. I would recommend him 100%. He's incredible and very passionate in helping people and fixing them!

I would highly recommend Livewell Health. Steve is not only a expert in this area due to the high level of qualfication and in depth knowledge, he also gives 5Star customer service by always going that extra mile to make sure his client is satisfied whlist being highly professional at the same time. Steven and his team are really friendly and knowledgeable. I was going to physio regarding an ongoing leg problem but I wasn't seeing any improvement. I spoke to Steve about it He said "Oh that your (something in Latin), I can sort that out for you" and sure enough he did.
