What do you love most about your job?
I absolutely love fixing all the gaps that exist in my clients estate planning. I get a real buzz out of saving my clients thousand, tens of thousands and even hundreds of thousands through effective planning and use of various trusts.
I enjoy the feeling of relief a client has once we finish taking instructions and deliver our services. You can literally feel the relief pouring off them and it is satisfying to know that happened because of our work.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always worked in roles which help people and I started working with law in 2006. In 2015 an opportunity arose where I could take this passion into a new area.
I had experienced the services of a wills and trust service as a customer and I was left feeling nothing less than despair. The service was terrible. I have always been a firm believer that if you don't like something, change it. So I did.
The journey has been one of the most enjoyable yet! I was offered the opportunity to develop my existing skill set and I couldn't resist. I am proud of what my business has achieved so far and I sleep safe in the knowledge that my clients are getting the very best service.

Absolutely! Our business grew significantly during the COVID pandemic and it helped us to develop our online service which now works seamlessly. Lots of clients who would only meet face to face now opt to use our online video service because it is so good.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We mainly changed to work using online video calls, but our staff self test at home twice a week, regularly wash hands and all staff have now been vaccinated. Such a relief to see light at the end of the COVID tunnel.
Will writing
Basic and standard wills to direct assets, appoint guardians, executors and even pet guardians. You can exclude people and donate to charity using this service. If you want to protect the money after you have passed, then a trust may be the best option for you.
Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA)
A legal deed to give power to your chosen person/people to make decisions about your health & welfare or property and financial affairs when you can no longer do so.
Probate
The legal process of dealing with a deceased person's estate, including paying taxes, collection and distribution of assets.
