I have been working with Laura for the past 6 months and I can honestly say it is one of the best decisions I have ever made. She has been a constant source of positivity, support and motivation. My sessions started with the hope to lose weight, and with Laura's help I have lost a dress size! I am now at a point where I look forward to, and are motivated by the scales, as opposed to dreading (or even avoiding them). What I love about Laura's sessions, is that she caters them to what I want to work around the excercises that I enjoy. When I'm away, Laura writes me programs so I can continue to work out. And provides helpful guidance with my eating habits! I highly recommend Laura as a personal trainer! She is honestly a wonder! More...

Besides making the actual exercise sessions more interesting and the knowledge around nutrition go a lot further, Laura is also the most down to earth, likeable personal trainers I've ever had. Even when I've been hung-over the odd time. Thanks for all your help Laura. I am still loving where you got me to! More...

Over the years I have had a number of personal trainers, and broadly speaking very few have failed to impress!. Laura made a huge impact from our first session. First and foremost, the way that she qualified and got to understand what I really wanted, rather telling me what 'she thought I needed', was extremely refreshing! For me the chemistry is so important, especially when you can spend several hours a month with your trainer - it so important you click and respect the level of professional advice. The thing I love about Laura’s approach is she helped me become goal orientated and made me look at my complete lifestyle (rather than just what I do in the few hours a week I saw her) and this totally change my perspective on healthy living. not to mention, I walked away aching from every session and dropped a dress size within 6 weeks. I believe that exercise should be challenging, but also fun and sustainable, meaning you can actually integrate it into your life! The result is it being a pleasure, not a chore or an arduous task.

I work with my clients to ensure the package I deliver is tailored to their exact requirements, goals and needs. We work together to design as safe and effective program for them to work on with me, but also one for them to do in their own time.

There is no secret to getting the body of your dreams. It is about finding something that works for you and fits with your lifestyle and then sticking to it. This means working with the client to know their lifestyle and the commitments they have and finding something which works for them.

I love meeting new people and working with them to achieve their goals. The best feeling in the world is when my clients tell me how much better they are feeling and that they can now fit in to those jeans! It is so much more satisfying that my previous career in marketing!!

I decided to start my own business after working for a couple of the main gyms in London. I felt as though I needed control over my working day so that I could best help my clients achieve their goals. It has meant that I can focus completely on them, rather than working for a gym, whose motivations can be somewhat skewed by profitability rather than being focused on their members as individuals.

Not only do my clients get the results they want, but they have fun whilst doing it! I am punctual, approachable and strive to ensure my clients reach their goals!!
