An excellent experience from initial contact through to final drop off to our reception Krissy and Lady R are very easy to deal with and helpful to ,even when my now wife decided to change colours of the flowers a week before hand The Rolls Royce was immaculately presented and well stocked with drinks, flowers and even a big white umbrella if the weather turns, also a sowing kit for any unexpected wardrobe malfunctions Krissy was a star too, my now wife thinks she is fantastic,, and I tend to agree with her Nothing was any trouble for them and l have no hesitation in recommending Lady R for quality and service, thank you again from both of us

Our day was made extra special with the excellent service provided by Chrissy and Terry of lady R Wedding and Chauffeur hire, from our very first meeting we were made to feel welcome, right the way through to our wedding day which was very emotional. Even though we were informed by Chrissy that Terry had been unwell a few days before our wedding, Terry was determined to drive Sam to the church and both of us to our reception. We chose their Rolls Royce, which was decorated beautifully with flowers inside and a personalised ribbon to match our colour scheme. I rang ladyr wedding and chauffuer hire two weeks before my sons wedding. And spoke to Krissy she couldn't be more helpful with lots of great ideas. On the day the car was wonderful Terry was very attentive all morning even taking photos of the bride groom and all guest! In the car the bride and groom drank champagne poured by Terry their two children were with them and to sum it up my 8 yr old Granddaughter said it was the best day of her life! Krissy and Terry at Lady R cars were fabulous from the very start. Krissy dealt with the short notice of the booking with the consummate ease of someone who really knows what they're doing, she organised the personalised ribbon and colour scheme perfectly, arranged the pick up time to ensure there would be no issues getting to the venue, and offered advice on all the options. Terry put everyone at ease with his calm demeanour, friendly chat and above all, absolute professionalism. I used Ladyr wedding & chauffeur services for my daughters wedding. There was great communication with Chrissy and Terry via phone and email and they were very professional and accommodating. The driver of the Rolls Royce could have been a little more sympathetic towards the nature of the day in terms of his time management and his customer care. The driver of the Mercedes was very professional, but got a little lost near the venue and I needed to show him the way, maybe training in learning the route beforehand would be beneficial. We were satisfied with the service, the cars were clean and looked great with flowers and ribbons - they really matched the wedding theme nicely!
