Steve was extremely professional from start to finish, with reminder messages and what I needed to do to prepare the room for cleaning. On the day of the clean Steve and the team arrived and they were super professional! He gave advice on how to dry the carpet after the clean. The equipment he uses was industrial! To be clear, my carpets weren’t actually cleaned by Kleenrite. They came 75 mins after the expected time, although Steve did text to confirm. Then, Steve’s colleague was immediately rude and disrespectful. I explained that I needed to move a bed (which I’d be happy to do myself) and there was so much animosity and aggression, I asked them politely to leave.
