We are absolutely amazed in the difference from before to after. I wish I'd taken photos. After 2 years of 2 boy Chihuahuas having "accidents" and running riot with dirty paws, our carpets went from light grey to grubby brown. I didn't think they could be saved but then Steve (and his colleague) arrived... They were ready to get to work at the time we agreed on and off they went. Just over an hour later they were done! Steve was extremely professional from start to finish, with reminder messages and what I needed to do to prepare the room for cleaning. On the day of the clean Steve and the team arrived and they were super professional! He gave advice on how to dry the carpet after the clean. The equipment he uses was industrial! To be clear, my carpets weren’t actually cleaned by Kleenrite. They came 75 mins after the expected time, although Steve did text to confirm. Then, Steve’s colleague was immediately rude and disrespectful. I explained that I needed to move a bed (which I’d be happy to do myself) and there was so much animosity and aggression, I asked them politely to leave.
