Kirsty serves fresh meals of high quality (10/10) The menu offers also good choice for vegan and vegetarian. The atmosphere is authentic and cosy. Will visit definitely again.

It's a lovely cafe in North Tawton food is good, coffee is great, cakes apparently are the best.
Criticisms are some off the cakes were just for display and not for eating and sometimes not everything is available.
But a worthwhile stop, especially for tourists for a good cuppa and a scone the Devon way

I went on a cupcake decorating course around Easter last year and it was so much fun. I am a keen baker myself and was pleasantly surprised at how much I learnt and the new tricks and tips for sculpting and creating different designs. I have since used them all with my baking and they are commented on all the time. We had a really lovely day and the afternoon cream tea was delicious (all homemade by Kirsty of course).
