What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting and engaging with people from all walks of life. In my job I get job satisfaction helping people. All jobs are varied and no other jobs are ever the same. It is nice to be important but more important to be nice.
Helping the client and their customers feel like they are in a safe environment and leaving the venue/event with a smile and wanting to come back again.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am a highly motivated individual who is very passionate about security and if a job needs doing it needs to be done right. I have an understanding of what a client and their customer's need. Having over 26 years experience within the security I built up a large network of quality security officers and with a can do mentality decided to set up my own company.
During my time within the industry and working for a number of security companies I built up valuable experience. I lead from the front and have high standards that are reflected down through to all my staff.
Why should our clients choose you?
Not all security companies are the same. People are adverse to change, but in some instances do not know any different. We are not all the same and if you are having thoughts about changing your provider, then you are not happy with the level of service currently being provided.
