But working with Alex at Itseeze Cardiff was genuinely a dream. If I could give 0 stars I would. Head Office customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I requested to cancel services at the point where the franchisee told me he was leaving, whilst still awaiting their response they passed an invoice I never received to a debt collectors, days after I raised my concerns. Would avoid like the plague.

Had website with it'seeze (York) for almost 11 years. Garry was always on hand when needed with help and advice. My it'seeze website grew along side my business and I was able to update and change it regularly. I began with a basic package and over time had several upgrades. I ended up with an e-commerce package. I was extremely happy with my website, the functionality, help and support I received from Garry at it'seeze. I would highly recommend him for website. Unfortunately I haven’t had a good experience with this company in the past year, I was with them for over seven years and all was very good until I tried to change a few bits on my website last October i. e. logo and colour (which I have done before previously) I then received an email saying that I would need to pay over £200 for a full website redesign. I then contested this and all of a sudden was told that it didn’t have to happen, But I would have to pay £30 for the colour of the website to be changed, I again contested this as they have done this before for me for free. I then told them that I would just close the website and all of a sudden they could do the colour change for free again! I felt they were just trying to get money out of me for no reason. (I wanted to keep my website exactly the same apart from a change in colour scheme and logo) I have paid them a lot of money for the website upfront and have been paying £30 every month for any changed and alterations to the website I need for eight years, I would say I was a loyal customer and I just feel disappointed that they would treat a loyal customer like this. I’ve decided to stop using this company and cancelled my website in April, I’ve then been told I need to pay mays monthly fee and then an extra £20 + vat to leave this company. I feel like this is appalling considering I cancelled my website on the 22nd of April and had just paid (7 days previous) the fee for that month. All in all, I feel very letdown by this company and would not recommend them. Reply to my reply. Firstly I want to point out that Rob was excellent for all the years working with him. I do not have an issue with Rob at all. He is brilliant at his job and has been very helpful to me. My issue is the fact that I have paid over £2000 for my website over the years with you guys and because of a career change I have to close the website and you have charged me not only the closing charge but yet another months payment when I closed this website down in April. I also dislike the fact you say you’ve done a lot of work for me over the years for free?? I pay £35 a month for ongoing changes to the website and I think in the whole 7 years I have emailed 10 time maximum to make some changes? More...
