Began Pt with Ian December. I honestly can't believe the change in me already! I have learnt how to train and eat properly and education being the key throughout.
Starting to feel more confident within myself and learning there is no quick fix!!!
However small changes to your lifestyle is how it is done!!
Its great to be seeing the results of this!I find Ian very open and honest.And goes the extra mile with every client.

The most important aspect of getting the body of your dreams is consistency.
