HOW I GOT MY EX HUSBAND BACK WITH THE HELP OF REAL AND EFFECTIVE SPELL FROM DR Osasu
My name is Rosemarie Williams, I never thought I will smile again, My husband left me with two kids for one year, All effort to bring him back failed I thought I'm not going to see him again not until I met a lady called Jesse who told me about a spell caster called Dr. Osasu , She gave me his email address and mobile number and I contacted him and he assured me that within 48hours my husband will come back to me, In less than 48hours my husband came back started begging for forgiveness saying it is the devils work, so I'm still surprise till now about this miracle,i couldn't conceive but as soon as the spell was cast,i became pregnant and gave birth to my third child,if you need any assistance from him you can contact him via:email: drosasu25@gmail.com Or WhatsApp or call him now: +2347064365391

Working with Holly was such a positive experience. She listens so closely and hears things you don't even realise you are revealing. I think this is very important in a nutritionist. She provides solutions which are tailored to you as an individual and her attention to detail and kindness are invaluable. More...

I went to Holly for general nutrition advise a couple of months ago. She helped me to look at food in a different way. I realised that I had been eating far too many refined carbohydrates and meat. She brought my focus back to fruit and vegetables and as a result my family and I are eating much tastier and healthy food. Holly introduced me to the Eat the Rainbow concept, and it really helps us to think more creatively about what vegetables we can include in our diet. More...

After my nutritional consultation and targeted dietary and lifestyle recommendations from Holly Miles Nutrition I feel for the first time in my life that I am on the right track with nutrition and enjoying food more. Reviewing my eating habits and lifestyle with Holly during the consultation made me realise that to optimise my health and well-being I needed to implement change, and that my way of thinking was the first part towards making that change. Previously, I have never felt motivated to fully embrace a holistically healthy lifestyle and while I had a good understanding about what is meant by balanced nutrition, my willpower had always been low.

Holly understood my health goals and led me towards the main areas to focus upon by explaining the reasons why focusing on these key areas could make a significant difference to my overall health and could also help with the specific health concerns I had. Holly is very knowledgeable in the science of nutrition and explains each step and process in as much detail as you would like. After the consultation I felt very positive and was easily able to implement Holly's recommendations and very quickly started feeling the benefits physically, with a newly motivated state of mind. I feel that I have now finally pressed the 'nutritional reset button' and with continued support from Holly I will continue to improve my health and overall well-being. I would highly recommend Holly Miles Nutrition for anyone who would like clear and constructive guidance to help improve their nutrition and overall health, plus anyone who needs some motivation to get in the right frame of mind to do this.

Holly is easy to talk to and she knows her stuff!! She goes that extra mile when finding what will work for you nutritionally especially in the complex area of supplements. Its not a problem if you really hate certain foods. She also looked into and researched a specific health issue that affects me. I've seen great results thanks to Holly's plan and advice. I highly recommend her! More...

Q&As

Diet, alongside physical exercise, sleep and stress management are all key factors in health and wellbeing. When looking at diet it is important to realise that a healthy balanced diet isn't just about the calories. The body requires a wide range of micronutrients such as vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients in order to function effectively, both in the short and longer term. It is also important to appreciate that different people have very different nutritional needs based on their health history, lifestyle and individual genes, so a what may be a healthy, balanced diet for one person, may not be as suitable for another. Understanding your own personal nutritional needs is a great step towards improving your health.

Dietary imbalances, including deficiencies and excesses can have a significant impact on the body's ability to function optimally, which can lead to short term health issues and longer term increase risk of chronic health conditions. Finding the diet that right for you can have a really positive impact on both short and long-term health, fitness and general wellbeing

Clients often come to me with health issues which have been plaguing them for years, such as digestive issues, low energy or difficulties losing weight. It is really rewarding when you can help someone make a real difference to their health, often through relatively simple changes to their diet and lifestyle.

I decided to train as a nutritional therapist after visiting one myself for long term digestive issues. Prior to this I had never really considered how my diet could be effecting my health to such an extent. Finding nutritional therapy was quite a revelation for me at the time and has completely changed the way I perceive food and my overall health.
I really enjoy working for myself because it enables me to be really flexible in my hours, which suits me and my clients and to focus on areas of nutrition which I have a particular interest in, including digestive health, fatigue, stress and weight management.

With my skills as a nutritional therapist and health coach I am able to offer clients both personalised dietary advice, plus the ongoing support necessary for implementing change.

I have an MSc in Personalised Nutrition from Middlesex University and a Nutritional Therapy Practice Diploma from the Centre of Nutrition Education and Lifestyle Management (CNELM). I also have a BSc (hons) in Physiology. I am a member of the British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.

I also trained as a coach with the UK College of Personal Development and I am a certified NLP practitioner and professional member of the ANLP. NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) is a specialist technique which can provide a means of identifying and breaking down mental barriers and negative patterns of behaviour, which can be particularly beneficial for individuals wishing to make significant and longer term diet and lifestyle changes. NLP is also a very useful tool in the management of stress and anxiety.
