Greg has worked as a private Fitness Professional and Consultant for over 10 years in the North East of England and Central Scotland.
In addition he has worked with some of the highest regarded teams and sports organisations in Scotland including Scottish Institute of Sport , Rangers FC Women, Scottish Rugby Union, Clyde FC, Alloa Athletic FC and many more.

I have worked with Greg since I was 15 initially as part of the Clackmannanshire Colts U18 team where I began to learn about sports conditioning.
Within 6 months I was already able to carry out complex exercise such as overhead squat and really noticed a difference in my speed and strength during games.
As with any athlete I had injuries but Greg was able to provide the best support including referring me to specialists where Greg was able to devise programmes alongside the rehabilitation.
I then began to train with Greg separately whilst competing for Scotland U18/U20 Rugby League teams which is where I noticed the biggest difference.
