Dog Walking; A lunchtime group walk (max 4 dogs) to exercise your pet while you are at work. We collect and return your dog from/to your home. Our walks are through fields and wooded areas, with plenty of opportunity for ball play for the energetic, or a sedate stroll for the older dogs.

First time using Gina's services and I was extremely satisfied. Gina was professional and took excellent care of our little Sami (cat) by visiting once a day for a week for feeds and managing his litter! I felt more at ease knowing Gina was there to support us as it is never nice leaving your pets when you go abroad. When we arrived home Sami was very happy and chatting away to us obviously telling us how well he had been looked after.... lots of kisses and cuddle!!!! I would highly recommend Gina. Gina has been looking after my cat for a number of years. The cat is not particularly sociable so even now, any interaction is celebrated and Gina has never tried to force her to be friendlier - although bribery with cat snacks has worked on occasion! I trust Gina implicitly to ensure my cat is happy and healthy in my absence. I have no transport so Gina also runs us to and from the vet a couple of times a year for check ups. I highly recommend Gina to cat lovers. She provides a fast response to advance bookings and is reliable and professional.
One of my cats requires daily medication due to a heart condition and I would not feel able to go on holiday and leave her without full
confidence in Gina's expertise and the knowledge that if either of my cats required medical treatment, she would recognise and deal with this appropriately.
Both of my cats are very relaxed on my return home and Gina always leaves an written update, which is helpful.

We have used Gina's Pat Patrol 4 times in about 18 months and always return to a happy and content cat. Gina and Sue have clearly earned her trust and make a fuss. The service is professional and value for money, with feedback left after visits. The house is always in good order on our return. Gina has once again (thank goodness!) looked after my three cats and two rabbits. The cats all have to have different diets and one of the rabbits has problems too, but Gina dealt with all their individual requirements and they were absolutely fine. What do you love most about your job?
I have always loved animals, from a young age I would walk neighbours dogs (for love, not money!)
At 12 years of age I volunteered and worked as a helper (feeding, mucking out, exercising horses/ponies) at a local Horse Rescue center.
I always wanted to work with animals, but didn't think I'd get the chance, and found myself working in offices for several years. The opportunity to start my own business, doing what I loved the most, caring for animals, has made the last 27 years the happiest I've known... I never get that 'Monday morning' feeling!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was made redundant (along with 250 others) when our branch of an engineering company was sold to a firm up north. I heard about a woman in Brighton, who offered a cat feeding service as an alternative to a cattery.. and a mental light bulb went on - the chance to do what I really loved! I invested my redundancy money in training, and advertising, and began delivering leaflets and the slow process of building a client base. I was the very first pet sitting company in Croydon, so there was lots of interest, and enquiries. Word of mouth helped, and I soon got to know the local vets, who asked me if I would collect their customers and bring them to the surgery, and also to train to give meds so their clients could have a holiday. Dog walking naturally followed on, Nowadays 95% of my referrals are from vets, which is marvelous.
Why should our clients choose you?
As Croydon's first, and longest established pet care company, and with recommendations from local veterinary surgeries, you can feel secure in the knowledge that your pet will be safe and well cared for in our hands. My (only) assistant has worked for me for 15 years, and came from a veterinary surgery herself.
Police checked, fully insured, longest established and with a wealth of glowing references, we won't be the cheapest in the business, but we are certainly the most experienced. We are a small, friendly business, not a big franchise. Unlike a franchise, we never use sign written vehicles which advertise the fact that you are away from home.
