Coaching is not just for the big life journeys and transformations, it is also and for the day to day decision making that people can sometimes struggle with.
Everyone needs a neutral and non-judgmental third party from time to time who can reflect to us how we are thinking and what we are saying and whether or not it is taking us towards our desired outcome or away from it. FM Coaching offers a motivating and uplifting coaching experience that will guide and facilitate you to uncover the answers that you seek that we firmly believe are already within you. When I signed up to the session of personal coaching, i wasn't sure if it was for me. Boy was I wrong. Looking at something through another persons eyes is wonderful. The guidance, the opportunity to see me as others do and the way that my coach Fiona repeated back to me and reminder me of what I was doing and could do, was life changing. This past year with Fiona's guidance has changed my outlook on my job, my work and myself. Changes that I wouldn't have made without going to the coaching sessions. The best bit was she didn't tell me what I should be doing but listened to me and pointed out the ways that I was already changing myself. I would recommend these sessions to everyone. It has changed my outlook, gave me a different way of looking at me and made me realise that the biggest block to me was me. Thanks you very much Fiona and I will make more changes to me and my world More...
I was at a crossroads in my career and feeling overwhelmed. Fiona helped me understand what it was I really wanted to achieve and the steps I needed to take to make it a reality. Without Fiona I would not have had the confidence to take the risk that has provided me with total job satisfaction. Many thanks. More...
In coaching with Fiona I gained personal and career benefits as those were the nature of the challenges I was facing at the time.
I found the process to be incredibly reassuring. In particular, the process reinforced the self-awareness work that I had done previously and I was able to be positive about my challenges and dilemmas, fostering a strong motivation in me to seek the changes in my life and career that I wanted to see through.
With the resultant impetus, and the focussed thinking brought to the fore by Fiona, I was able to target and develop a relationship that has since led to a successful career move that has proven to be a really good fit to my career aspirations.
