We create bespoke 1-2-1 training programs from absolute beginner to advanced. Every session is different, we use resistance bands, light weights and incorporate body resistance exercise to achieve results.
Post natal restorative exercise identifies specific weaknesses and misalignment in the body and exercises are focused on rebuilding core stability, strength and flexibility. Strength and conditioning program incorporates improving cardiovascular fitness, building lean muscle with a focus on upper and lower body and core. Building programs for endurance events like marathon or triathlon. We incorporate stretching and sometimes meditation, every session is adapted to your needs at that time.
Its not only about building a training program and delivering this. We offer support throughout the journey of change, my aim is to help you connect your mind with your body and offer choices that will make you happy and feel fulfilled, healthy and happy. You will need to fully commit and be totally open to achieve. We offer 24/7 support and we will work together to overcome any challenges or setbacks.
