Bells was amazing she was so supportive and helpful in improving my body shape post birth.. she tailored our classes to exactly what I was looking for and helped me restore all my muscle that I had lost in pregnancy. We set goals, we carry out a full assessment on consultation to identify any weaknesses or imbalances. We rectify these and from here develop a program based on your goals. You will be accountable for keeping to your program and progress will be monitored regularly.

I wanted to support people to make a healthy lifestyle change from beginner to athlete. Our approach is very holistic and we push hard, challenge (to your capacity) but we also incorporate stretching, meditation and emotional support.
