Dylan is a great bloke. I really enjoyed my sessions with him and they've helped me focus myself to carry on and get fit! He is very approachable and always ready to listen and give good advice on all health & fitness aspects. I would thoroughly recommend Dylan to anyone who wants to improve their fitness, lose some weight or just learn how to use equipment properly! More...

What's working well for me is having a weekly session with Dylan. He has been so supportive and encouraging with providing different excersices which have kept me interested. I think though Dylan's knowledge and advice about my food diary have been very useful. I feel fitter and have managed to lose weight. I know that I will achieve my personal goals I've set, but acknowledge that I would not be able to if it hadn't been for Dylan. More...

The free consultation I offer aims to achieve exactly that. Its purpose is to find out what they want to achieve and what they like to do to keep fit. Carrying out some basic client assessments - weight, body fat and blood pressure checks and filling out a PARQ and Lifestyle questionnaire, I can start to put together some smart goals to help them get fitter. With programme cards created for each training sessions, the client can feel assured the sessions are there to test them whilst introducing them to new exercises, keeping them motivated throughout.

Soft skills is the key. Passion, desire, can do attitude and never giving in. Whilst training hard and eating well are key, mentally you need to believe you can achieve a fitter you. Fitting in to those trousers or dress is a massive incentive but your brain will be tested. You will be taken out of your comfort zone and pushed to your limited. It comes down to how much you want it, avoid making excuses

Helping others knowing I can relate to their challenges. Having overcome numerous health and fitness challenges myself, I can empathize with clients challenges and love breaking things down into simple but effective strategies.

You're only truly happy when you work for yourself and you're doing something that means something to you.
