I hired jay to help me build my confidence back up again after a long period of being unfit and a broken ankle. He listened to how I wanted to be trained and take a steady approach and after a few months I now feel fit and have toned up a lot. I still have a way to go but I have changed my lifestyle completely and have to balance it out when I am unhealthy as jay checks on what I am eating too which means I compensate for 'naughty' days. Was using online workout routines, but not seeing the results I wanted. Started training with Jay when he corrected me on a few gym myths and told me I needed to eat more, train harder to gain size. This included the introduction of squats and deadlifts, which I now love! Over the year my muscle size increased drastically, as did my weights. I learnt that food is a huge part of increasing muscle size and definition. Without eating the right food and taking the right supplements, I don't think I would have survived the training, lol! Few years on and still enjoying the gym and seeing great gains from what Jay taught me! More...

Great Personal Trainer! Guided me through my vegetarian diet, monitoring my daily food intake via a live food log. Trained 3 times a week and in the first 4 weeks saw a big difference in my weight. Managed to fit into an old suit and don't use my inhaler anymore. Result! The fun continues.. More...

Can't recommend Jason's training highly enough, every session has been carefully planned and thought out with my goals in mind and in just one month I've seen results I've never seen before that is pushing me on to work harder. The sessions are hard work but with his encouragement I'm always proud of myself for achieving things I didn't think possible for me to do. The boxing is a definite favourite of mine! The workouts between sessions are thought out carefully as well and the video links that I can watch on my phone have given me confidence I was lacking when on my own in the gym. It's not just the workouts though, the nutritional advice has been incredibly helpful and has totally changed what I eat without me ever feeling as if I was 'on a diet'. In fact, I'm pretty sure I eat more food now than I did before! Jason doesn't just meet you for an hour a week and then leave you to your own devices for the rest of the week, he is there for support 24/7 and always happy to give advice - even when I've been on night shifts!! If you've ever been unsure about booking time with a PT, I would say do it! You won't regret working with him. More...

Needed the motivation and I got it! Wouldn't let me give up. Loved the boxing and kettlebells together, once I got in the swing of it. Always struggled with my food, but now I've found a system that fits. Would recommend for weight loss! More...

I trained with Jay to increase strength and gain definition. He produced me a package that included a wealth of nutritional information and introduced me to a collection of supplements that worked well with my busy lifestyle. The training was intense (4 x week), but I got strong fast and lost a lot of belly fat. It quickly became a passion, but unfortunately had to stop due to work restrictions! Gutted! More...
