We create a support network, ensuring round the clock care and motivation. Between one to one PT sessions we work on retraining clients eating habits specific to their goal. This enables you to manage your lifestyle effectively and guarantees long term results.
All Personal Training comes complete with nutrition, live nutrition support, recipes and weekly workout routines. In addition to this each PT session comes with a free bottle of water, training towel and post workout protein shake!

I hired jay to help me build my confidence back up again after a long period of being unfit and a broken ankle. Was using online workout routines, but not seeing the results I wanted. Started training with Jay when he corrected me on a few gym myths and told me I needed to eat more, train harder to gain size. This included the introduction of squats and deadlifts, which I now love! Over the year my muscle size increased drastically, as did my weights. I learnt that food is a huge part of increasing muscle size and definition. Without eating the right food and taking the right supplements, I don't think I would have survived the training, lol! Can't recommend Jason's training highly enough, every session has been carefully planned and thought out with my goals in mind and in just one month I've seen results I've never seen before that is pushing me on to work harder. The sessions are hard work but with his encouragement I'm always proud of myself for achieving things I didn't think possible for me to do. The boxing is a definite favourite of mine! The workouts between sessions are thought out carefully as well and the video links that I can watch on my phone have given me confidence I was lacking when on my own in the gym. It's not just the workouts though, the nutritional advice has been incredibly helpful and has totally changed what I eat without me ever feeling as if I was 'on a diet'. In fact, I'm pretty sure I eat more food now than I did before! Jason doesn't just meet you for an hour a week and then leave you to your own devices for the rest of the week, he is there for support 24/7 and always happy to give advice - even when I've been on night shifts!!
