Elleyse is incredibly personable and easy to get along with. She is able to adapt to any level of fitness and work around injuries. I have been training with her for nearly 5 years with no plans to jump ship. she is a great encourager with a wide range of cardio and weightlifting programs and exercises which means it never gets boring!
