What makes a great website?
Relevance and fresh content. The likes of Google have changed their algorithms so a website needs to be ready for that today. A site built with SEO and unique content all help to drive traffic. Along side this needs to sit a fuller marketing strategy which is both compliant and secure.

Depends on the project but as an indication:

These are very basic questions that begin the discussion.
Describe your creative process.
I have worked with embryonic businesses of one persons and also multi nationals across the world. My approach is always the same. Pragmatic, sensible, staged, documented and in consultation. I tend not to provide products but solutions that fit the requirement so my approach is agnostic. I tend to be quite directive as I am the expert in what I do but I do that respectively and with sensitivity where applicable. I am a security officer for some household names including the Salvation Army.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
A brief. At the very least we need to have a telephone conversation so we can both understand what is required. From this I will provide you with a scope for the project. Any additions are discussed as we go
What do you love most about your job?
Working with new people to solve their business challenges.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Ability to choose who I work with. A role that offers greater flexibility and the opportunity to control my own destiny to a point.
Why should our clients choose you?
They may not. Not every client is right for me and visa versa. They choose me because I tend to fit what they need and we get on. My experience and approach suits those I work with and I have the flexibility and commercial acumen to think for and with them.
