We first used Crystal Clear for our merchant services which saved us money and they even sorted out the headache that can be PCI compliance. We then used them for our phones, we moved over to VOIP with a new phone system provided byt CCT with more far features than our old one for little more than we were just paying for our calls on our old system. The install day went smoothly and full training was given to each user. We have had the odd minor issue (generally user based) but they have been addressed very quickly. We signed up for a business account in December 2016 and were astonished with the professional, courteous service.
The service was prompt and to the minute in terms of delivery of router plus the engineer arrival time who was knowledgeable and really helpful.
The engineer ensured we were up and running and helped configure our computers; and did not leave until we understood through showing us the speed and how to request ongoing help – what a difference from other suppliers!
We are so happy with the service that we fully endorse this service provider. They are so responsive and helpful that we have recently ordered further services as a result of the fantastic service.
And “no” we do not work for them nor receive special privileges because of this review but we can’t contemplate ever being without them on future services.
Well done Crystal Clear Communications Ltd – a breath of fresh air that takes the hassle out of communications.
