What do you love most about your job?
Working closely with our customers helping them to achieve the bathroom they desire. Our main goal is to advise all of our potential customers and empower them with knowledge before making a big decision. The choices are vast and our objective is to fulfil your needs, not our own. Helping our customers achieve that is very rewarding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Crest Bathrooms is our family business and was established in 1979 by Tom Kerr, the owner. Tom was a sales person back in the day and sold various products over the years including Kitchens. At that point he decided to go into business alone and opened Crest Bathrooms and Kitchens. Some 20 or so years ago we stopped Kitchens and decided to focus on one area of the market, bathrooms. In doing so we could become specialists in one field and offer expert advice without the complications of trying to sell both Kitchens and Bathrooms.
Why should our clients choose you?
Choosing a bathroom is fraught with risks. It is essential that when buying a bathroom you are being advised firstly, not being sold to. We believe that our interest in your requirements will build a relationship and through that relationship great things can be achieved. Crest have not advertised significantly for almost 10 years including throughout the recession, as most of our business is word of mouth and repeat business. Our showroom covers almost 12,000 sq. feet. Which basically means it's big, very big. So we can give you unparalleled choice. Our team is extremely knowledgeable and have been working with us now for almost our 37 years of business.
