I have been attending Cheryl's Tuesday evening yoga clsss for ,many years now and look forward to it every week.Even after a busy day I know that after my yoga session I will feel better ; both energised and relaxed. The class is always varied and is adapted by Cheryl for all levels of fitness.The meditation at the end of the evening is superb and always leads to one of my best nights sleep of the week.If you choose to take up this class, you will not be disappointed and will be amazed at what you and your body can achieve! I wanted an exercise class that was different and Cheryl's Thursday evening session is certainly this! It is fun , lively and can be adapted to your personal level of fitness. The hour session from 7-8.00pm consists of a variety of activities. It kicks off with Zumba to music followed by an energetic step section which you can choose to do on a lower or higher step, or even the floor if you have specific medical needs (Cheryl is very good at suggesting alternative exercises in this case).This is followed by floor exercises to strenghten the core muscles and other muscle groups and then finally it is the cool down where relaxation is the focus.A great way to spend an evening and feel energised at the end of it! Cheryl has been keeping me "fit" for 15 years and what I like about her classes are they are so varied. We practise zumba, yoga, weights, pillates and keep fit. I been doing Monday night yoga for 6 years now which I love. I started Cheryl's Dancefit last week and had a real laugh and felt I'd got my heart pumping and loosened up ready for the yoga session afterwards! Thanks Cheryl.

I look forward to working with a local fitness expert whose classes I have enjoyed for many years. I didn't know she also did personal training. I know her to be caring and thoroughly professional and we have come to a mutually convenient arrangement at a very reasonable fee.
