I first met Chelsey when i attended her Boxercise class. This is by far my favourite class with lots of variation including pad work, cardio and circuit training. I think Chelsey's personal training is absolutely brilliant, I enjoyed trying out the new exercises and the boxing, I also think that Chelsey is such a nice, amazing and hard working personal trainer always knows how to make everyone day, I really do enjoy coming to fit24, it's such a great gym to come and train at, definitely 5 stars � from me

BEKI is the best personal trainer I have ever seen. She is a 100 percent commited to the goals and well being of her clients. I joined her prior to my wedding for weight loss, I not only achieved my target of 30kgs loss but I am proud to say "healthily and steadily".During this time we became very good friends and she still gives me emotional support regardless of whether I am her client or not. Beki is a one of a kind personal trainer. Not only does she help you achieve your goals in record time but she also brings a friendship to the table that is genuine and fun. When I first Started training with Beki, I was struggling with exercising. Beki supported me though this and encouraged me to have my iron levels checked. I then found out I had low iron levels. Chelsey is very motivational and hard working. She is key in achieving fitness goals and will go that bit extra to help you achieve yours. She is very professional and always knows exactly what's she's doing. And has very knowledgable advice on all kinds of training plans ect. I recommend her �! I have always been interested in boxing training, I knew from other members in the gym Chelsea boxed and coached, after speaking to Chelsea at the gyms reception, I found her warm, friendly and fun. Great pt sessions at very reasonable prices. Especially like the Saturday group sessions with the other ladies a great relaxed atmosphere and a great workout :)

Q&A

I always sit down with my clients at the consultation and go through what it is they are wanting first. I keep a records of their progress with photos. I help to motivate and push them both physically and mentally. All my workouts are tailored to the individual.

It will take time, but as long as you keep training and eat well anything can happen. As long as your will to put the effort in, push yourself to the limits then anything can happen within a short space of time. Its all about bee committed, being motivated and having the drive to succeed and overcome your barriers.

Seeing the smile on my clients faces when they have achieved something that at the beginning was a struggle. Knowing that i have helped changed someones life in a positive way, is very rewarding.

The turning point for me to start my business was when I began teaching a Ladies Boxfit. From their I went for my Personal Training course.
For me it isnt just about changing someones appearance but their mental state as well. Been involved in the fitness world has helped myself become a more confident person and I would like to give back what I have learned through experiences.

No one client is the same. One program may work for one but not the other. Each session will be specific to your training goals and fitness levels. I will help motivate and push you to your limits, be their for support and advice when needed.
