Canalitix are experts in their fields and having used their services I would definitely recommend them

Our business services team of accountants and bookkeepers partner with global software companies, such as Sage, Quickbooks and Xero to support Clients with their preferred accounting platforms.  Our flexible packages for self-employed, partnerships and limited companies cover annual accounts and tax returns along with regular services for Payroll, CIS, VAT, Invoicing and Credit Control, Accounts Payable and automated data entry using advanced OCR technologies.

Individuals and companies are are now being bombarded by accounting software providers.

The advantages that accrue to the software providers, such as QuickBooks, Xero and Sage are premised on the billions of smartphones and tablet users in the marketplace rather than the finite market of several thousand accountants and bookkeepers.

On the surface, this marketing strategy puts the modern business owner in control as far a cloud technology and usability is concerned.

However, the technicalities of accounting is barely understood by qualified practitioners let alone none accountants.

This scenario coupled with the increasing complexity of tax, reporting and disclosure legislation means that users are left to pilot a fighter jet with a standard driving licence.

The rub is that Accountants are now needed more than ever to save these poor souls and their businesses from drowning in a sea of DIY accounting software.

Problem solving.

Every Client is unique in their requirements which can range from simple bookkeeping to complex tax planning issues.

Having spent a couple of decades working for top tier investment banks in London managing global change programmes, I decided to revert back to what I was originally trained as - An accountant.

As a hybrid accountant / technologist my motto has always been automation - no rekeying of data that already exist on paper or in electronic format. As such, we get the routine stuff out of the way and focus on the issues. This makes our fees very competitive and attractive to Clients.

You wouldn’t find shelves of books and files in our environment. We are purely digital geeks.
