The tree was just as described and was even more beautiful in real life than when I saw the first photo. Jon was professional and so helpful. This was bought as a gift and I felt knowledgeable enough to be able to instruct my mum on how to look after the tree. It's worth seeing the other trees too as they are all so beautiful, I was close to buying a second!!

I've had several bonsai trees for a few years but have been uncertain about how to care for them. I received a magnificent Chinese Elm for my 50th birthday. It was beyond my expectations and Jon has been over to my house to check it is in a suitable location and to give me great advice on how to care for it. I've several bonsai trees, bit of an understatement lol. Really unsure of where i was going with them. I contacted Bristol Bonsai and booked and had a one-to-one bonsai session with Jon.
