Booom Explosive Sports Training. Booom was created in August 2014 to provide a further coaching environment for children aged 12+ and now has expanded into providing top level training/coaching for all ages.

The Booom team has competed and continues to do so at International and National Athletics competitions, members include the current two time European Masters Long Jump champion, European and World 400m gold medallist, World relay gold medallist plus the European silver relay medallist.

Our coaches have competed and continue to do so at the highest level, this level of coaching is rarely available and is something we feel here at Booom is unique.

We have now expanded into the Personal Training sector as our knowledge covers all aspects whether the individual is looking to lose weight, tone up or generally get fitter we have everything covered including sports massage!!

A typical session can either completed at a clients home, our own gym, grass or track based

Our motto is - be coached by the best to achieve your best!! - which pretty much sums us up!
