Love it ,been going a few months now never thought I'd be a gym goer. Very affordable non fixed contract which attracted me to this place as I didn't want to commit to 12 months in case I didn't like it. Amazing Gym, for the price per month it is literally purely a Gym! So for the price there is no swimming pool or spa facilities but showers are provided.
The equipment is well thought out and has an extensive range of free weights and cardio equipment.
There are plenty of running machines, a few bikes, rowing, cross trainers and stepper machines. Mainly I use Pure Gum for weight training and toning.
There are classes to join although I don’t use it for that, however there is one staff member who works there who has really does get people going at 6:30 in the morning when I walk past! Sounds like a rave!
One final thing, no 12 month contracts! Just a rolling monthly direct debit, perfect.

Unbeatable for the price, well equipped and with good hot showers. I train early mornings so its nt too busy when I am in there. It gets busy in the evenings which is normal in most gyms. This gym has a lot of space, a good balance of CV machines and free / weight machines so fitness for all levels. The staff are friendly and there are some good classes. Very happy. More...
