We recently had Andrew and Sons to inspect our guttering for cleaning. Andrew was fantastic from start to finish, Rang a couple weeks ago to get a quote for Gutter cleaning / clearing. They offered the best quote I'd found and in this case cheaper does not mean less. He communicated back to me with what's included in the price what will happen and we agreed on a date and time. Punctual, in fact early was at my door for 10mins beforehand and the process to clear all the gutters began. Quick and efficiently they had done an amazing job within about 15-20 minutes. Phoned to request an appointment as we thought our gutter was blocked / faulty as we had water running down the side of our house wall. Extremely prompt call out. The guys advised our gutter didn't need cleaning but had a fault which sadly they couldn't fix for us. Their helpfulness and advice on what the problem was, was second to none. Fantastic service from Andrew & Sons today! Thought I needed a gutter bracket repair, as water was leaking into my house, and another company had vacuum-cleaned my gutters recently. But Andrew & Sons physically got up on the ladder and found that my downpipe hadn't been cleared and there was a blockage. They flushed the pipe, put down a tube to make sure it was all clear and also cleared a right angles joint by hand that was packed was dirt and leaves. Real attention to detail, as well as a friendly, knowledgeable service. The price charged was also much lower than I expected, when they had taken such care to make sure the problem was solved. Andrew and his father popped out to view my property before quoting a price so they were fully aware of the access challenges. A very reasonable price was quoted. On the day they arrived promptly and spent well over 3 hours removing gutter guards, cleaning out years of debris and swilling everything down.
