What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
The secret to taking a great photograph is being able to visualise the image you want before you even capture it. Understanding the art of photography well and knowing your camera well contributes to great quality and unique photographs.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
I would ask a new client what their vision is for the photographs and ask them if there are any specific shots of moments that they would like me to capture.
What do you love most about your job?
If I am working as a portrait photograph then I love to work on capturing the client's beauty in my shots, make feel very comfortable and relaxed in front of the camera and allow them to see themselves in a new way through the camera.
When working at an event besides the obvious shots, I love to capture the quick and discreet moments that a lot of guests would not see on the day. I love to surprise my clients by capturing moments that they missed during their event and have them laughing and smiling while looking back on the photos for years to come.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have enjoyed taking photographs at events for family and friends for years and finally decided in 2015 to start my photography business at more affordable rates for people, particularly young people and students.

I am very friendly, ambitious and passionate about my photography work. I always work to a very high standard and have the client's best interests in my mind. I will not stop working until the customer is happy.
