Firstly we would like to thank our driver Mo who was prompt, well presented & knowledgeable. We were a little apprehensive about visiting all three places (Stonehenge, Salisbury & Bath) as we had a flight to catch from Heathrow airport back to the states. Arrived on time at home and smooth journey to the airport. Friendly taxi driver and everything I could have asked for. Tracked the flight on my return so, even though my flight was early landing, I got a call just as I got to arrivals checking I was ready and was in the taxi home 5 minutes later. Unbelievable taxi company! I booked them through the stunning reviews, I had never been to Southampton before and I’m an anxious traveller. I thought it only right that I leave a review as they were INCREDIBLE. From the start (my call to Hadra, sorry if spelling is wrong) she was excellent and thorough and didn’t mind me being fussy to detail at all. They gave me quotes, fixed and unfixed (v competitive prices) with no obligation to book. 100% Reliable, on time and called 10 mins before (often arrived early but with absolutely no obligation to get in the cab early) and so friendly. Have used Aero Taxis a few times now to get to and back from work while my car was in for repair. Was recommended Aero Taxis by a colleague. Was dreading the idea of using taxis as I was expecting drivers to arrive late but have been highly impressed with them always arriving earlier than expected. Beautiful experience and customer service!!! I've been in the transport industry for over 50 years and by far Aero Taxis is the best. Had the old horse and cart back in the days . But my god these drivers are Superb and the level of road knowledge is astonishing. No sat nav needed. Have been using this company when travelling for work on a monthly basis for the past two years. The driver is always on time to pick me up on the collection and return journey to the airport. Its always a chatty friendly driver on every occasion and on each and every trip the driver has given me a receipt to claim for the journey. On my last visit there was a huge car accident behind us and the driver stopped to help.
