What do you love most about your job?
Everything, I have always wanted to apply my knowledge and understanding of business in a productive way. I have a passion for helping people succeed, nothing brings me more satisfaction than success. I enjoy meeting new people and listening to their stories as all business should be representative of the life, goals and ambitions of the creator.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having lived in the corporate and SME business world for many years, watching as peoples poor decisions made massive impact on the lives of those beneath them on the company hierarchy, making calls that to me obviously only ever had a limited outcome, I became more and more frustrated and where once I had very little belief in my abilities and understanding, undervaluing myself greatly. I took the risk, no more hiding, no more running in the levels of bureaucracy I was masked in, I had to make a difference, I had to step out of the shadows and I had to help people like me to do the same. We have a choice in life to be a Victim or to be a Survivor. I chose to be a survivor.
