4Well People was set up by Emily Fawell DipION, a qualified Nutritional Therapist based in Ealing, West London. She studied at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition, in Richmond, for four years, in order to become a qualified Nutritional Therapist.
Emily specialises in:

- Children's Health
- Weight Loss.
However she can also offer nutritional advice on a variety of other health issues.
In July 2013 Emily completed her NLP Practitioner qualification and now offers NLP coaching to support nutrition, weight loss and any other issue, such as confidence, anxiety, indecision and phobia.
As the mother of two young boys, and having had teaching experience, Emily is experienced in dealing with children.. She also understands how feeding children can sometimes be a challenge and she can offer excellent advice on this matter.
As well as offering Nutritional Therapy and NLP coaching, Emily is a zest4life nutrition and weight loss coach and offers group classes and one to one coaching.

I participated in Emily's Zest for Life course in January this year. I really liked the structure of the programme: it wasn't just about being weighed and receiving a pep talk. We set goals and explored physical, mental and emotional approaches to our health and well being.
I'm so glad my weight was not the only thing that was measured: my approach to weight has changed now I know that an increase in muscle mass can occur even if no weight has been lost, or if you've gained weight. I've recently joined a gym, and my focus is going to be muscle gain. An added bonus is that my metabolic age went down by 12 years! Emily's scales measure that too.
Emily was so encouraging and welcoming. She created a warm environment in which to reflect on my health. It was good to discuss weight from a health and nutrition perspective with a professional.
